Regan is a Wolfe in training, which means she has great potential, if she would only settle down and work on using it. She has rather odd friends. Talis, a dark elf who is better in bed than most. Breas, a Greater vampire (one of the originals) who would like to keep her around for various things. Lex, a fae who comes and goes uninvited, eats many, many times her weight in food and loves, ABSOLUTELY LOVES, sex.

Regan is a physics genius and works as a programmer for Koar Industries. Oddities there as well. Eva, a co-worker wants her to double date with her new boyfriend and a friend of his. Joan is just plain strange and Edward—well, Edward doesn't end well. Regan agrees to go with Eva to shut her up and meets Jason. Jason is a hunk and also a Holder, bitter rivals of the Brethern of which Regan is one the leaders' daughters and Wolfe. Will a girl never learn?

Music of Chaos is a fast moving, well written story of sorta Good vs. really evil Evil, man vs. woman, vampire vs. anyone else. You get it. The characters are just shippy enough and just funny enough to keep this one rolling all the way to the end. You will enjoy it and laugh as much as I did (when I wasn't thinking: “yeesh what an ugly way to die”)!
